"By recognizing past experiences, you can build confidence in your future self!" ~Tami
Man, sometimes our self-doubt creeps in, and we allow it to stop us in our tracks. We can work towards something AND STILL a moment of reality, a moment of weakness and BAM- we doubt ourselves. It is normal AND we have to put it in its' place so it doesn't control us!
In this episode, I share about a client named Sara and her struggle with self-doubt and feeling inadequate. She worked for months learning and planning for a promotion. She took classes, worked on personal development, and stepped up at work to get noticed. She landed the promotion, and though she was ready, self-doubt reared its ugly head.
I walk you through the three steps that Sara and I took and that I have taken many of my clients through! Listen in and see how you can use these three simple questions to kick self-doubt to the curb.
Journal Question: Reflect on a time when you felt inadequate or doubted your abilities. Identify the specific aspects of your doubts and concerns, find evidence of past success in similar situations, and consider taking action to prove your capabilities. How can you apply the three-step approach to overcome your self-doubt and achieve your goals?

Hey Hey! Have you tried everything? Yeaaaa me too! I tried all the systems, all the books, all the Bible studies...changing habits, the trackers, the reminders, I even made sure I had a clear why...AND it all worked for a short time...until it didn't. It left me frustrated and feeling like I was the problem.
Friend- you are not the problem! We did not consider ONE INCREDIBLY important aspect. Well, not anymore, my friend, not anymore! In this episode, we dive into what you need to make all the other things you have done before work! It's not as hard as you think...but it is important! So, let's dive in!

Hey Friend! Have you heard of the Imposter Syndrome? I KNOW! Who hasn't right? Well, today I want to share a story about a client named Emma. She came to me because she had a big God-dream and was plagued with Imposter Syndrome. We dive into 5 of the root causes of imposter syndrome and how to overcome them. It will emphasize the importance of separating one's worth from their skills, accepting praise, and embracing unique perspectives. The episode will highlight the negative impact of imposter syndrome on personal growth and success and urge listeners to address and define it in order to overcome it. I share some of my own experiences and offer guidance and support to help others navigate through imposter syndrome. I want to leave you with encouragement to take some action, choose joy and start achieving your goals!

Today is another "Hey Tami!" Episode and the question comes from Sherry. We dive into the question "How can I cultivate a growth mindset when I am always so stressed?" This podcast episode discusses how to cultivate a growth mindset when feeling overwhelmed and stressed.
Tami emphasizes the importance of reframing the question itself and suggests looking at the situation from a different perspective. They advise getting clear about one's values, priorities, and what they want to learn from the situation. Hey Friend! Are you a people watcher? I am. I love watching what people are doing...not to judge. I really try hard to not judge (everyone is fighting their own battles) but I watch to understand. I want to understand why I am thinking what I am thinking and shifting my responses- on purpose! Well in today's episode, I had a question come in about just this. "Hey Tami- What do you mean by understanding other's motivations?" So I had the privilege of diving in. I come at this from the perspective of the Enneagram and having compassion for others! So listen in!

Hey hey! I am excited to be back with you. Today, I have an episode that is a little more personal...don't worry. The promised "how to" start making a pivot is coming. I felt like this needed to be said (I also needed to say it out loud for myself). We get so focused on what we are doing for others, to get by, to "make things happen," and we forget who we are. In this podcast, I talk about the importance of knowing WHO you want to be when things need to change. We are human BEINGs, not human DOINGs, and yet the doing is so much easier!
