Hey hey! I am excited to be back with you. Today, I have an episode that is a little more personal...don't worry. The promised "how to" start making a pivot is coming. I felt like this needed to be said (I also needed to say it out loud for myself). We get so focused on what we are doing for others, to get by, to "make things happen," and we forget who we are. In this podcast, I talk about the importance of knowing WHO you want to be when things need to change. We are human BEINGs, not human DOINGs, and yet the doing is so much easier! So settle in, grab some tea, and I hope I can encourage you to slow down for a bit, and you can start listening to that small voice that wants to show you the way.

We are flying through January, and for me, it is always a time to reflect. How are things going? Am I on the right path? Am I pursuing my goals, vision, dreams, and intentions, OR do I even still want them? Are you asking any of these questions? In today's episode, I dive into how you can know if it's time to pivot. So grab your coffee (or tea), a piece of paper, and a pen, and let's answer some questions together!
The podcast episode discusses the concept of knowing when it's time to pivot or make a change in one's life. Tami emphasizes the importance of giving oneself grace and recognizing that the outcomes of actions are not always known until the end. Small shifts and changes can lead to significant results. Every year I like to take time to look at what my "glows and grows" were from the previous 12 months. I love setting aside time in December and reflect on the year and how it went...what went well (glows) and what did not (grows). I take time to review my small wins that I spent each day, week, and month writing. I look at the struggles and how I overcame them. I started last year (2022- so I guess 2 years ago 🤪) intentionally looking at what I wanted to take with me into the next year and what I wanted to leave behind. In this episode I share 3 things that I am boldly leaving behind as we enter 2024. I challenge you to listen and decide for yourself what do you want to set down and not pick back up? Listen to my 3 things and allow them to either inspire you to create your own or consider if one of these would be on your list as well.
My intention was the end the podcast with 2 journal questions and since I forgot- I'm writing it here.
