Have you ever been on a journey where you know exactly what is going to happen? You not only know every turn, every obstacle, every situation that may arise...and the destination? I haven't...I may know one of these elements, but I rarely know more than one, and I NEVER know all of them. Our purpose journey is no different. But we can set ourselves up for success...
Today, I discuss four things we should know before we start the purpose journey. If you have already started, that's okay. Take a few minutes to embrace these things to make the journey a little easier for you!

200 EPISODES!!! I cannot believe we made it! I want to first say thank you because I could NOT have done it without you! The fact that this podcast continues to rank in the top 2% of the world is such a God thing and I know it wouldn't happen if you did not tune in and listen every week. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to step into my purpose and calling.
In this episode, I reflect on the journey of over 200 episodes and how it all started with "Her Restored Spirit" and now I get to Step into the "Full Weight of Joy" every day. I share a comment that God whispers to me and one that He has been calling me to speak about "You were chosen to live". Friend! You were chosen to live. No matter what your trials and circumstances you are here on purpose for a purpose.
Today happens to be my 12th Heaven's Day. I do not believe this is an accident that something that is to be celebrated comes on a day that is also hard on my heart.
In this episode I reflect on some of the struggles and how my purpose (and yours can too) be highlighted in the healing. Let's do this!

We all have them...it seems like they don't affect others the same way. We all have beliefs...and we all have limiting beliefs. Those pesky "seemingly true" statements that our hearts speak to us as we are taking steps to get uncomfortable. In today's episode I wanted to address 10 of them that I see often and give you the direct antidote to them. So take a moment and listen- then come back with a pen and paper! These limiting beliefs are usually the ONLY thing holding us back from stepping into our God-given purpose AND experiencing the full weight of joy.

Hey Friend- I want you to know that you are more than what you have been through, are going through, or will endure. Pain does not define us; it is not the purpose of our lives. Instead of dwelling on our pain, we should focus on growth and beauty. Our purpose is not limited to our pain; it encompasses who we are before, during, and after it. Finding meaning and purpose within our pain should be our goal. Even in similar circumstances, two people can have different purposes. Our purpose is a culmination of our past, present, and future selves. It is important to acknowledge where we are today and what we want to do with our purpose. One moment or pain does not define us; we have the power to choose our purpose. Seeking help can assist us in discovering and embracing our purpose. Let go of pain and embrace joy and fulfillment in living out our purpose.

FRIEND! I need you to hear this! You are amazing- just as you are. God made you unique, colorful, strong, worthy! If we are going to own who God made us to be we need to own our capabilities, gifts, talents, and unique perspectives. In this episode, I dive into what it looks like to mute yourself, downplay who you are, and not be fully you. I'm telling you this as I am really recognizing what playing small has looked like in my life. I don't want you to play small anymore.
