Hey! I am so excited you are here. Today's podcast is a little different. I go into the path and process of coaching and talk about my new certification. Now before i run you off bc why is it important to you...hear me out. We don't know where our God calling will lead us when we first acknowledge we have one. I talk about the journey and process I have been on and how it started with taking a bold step to whisper to a good friend what I kept hearing God say into my "knower" that one day I would speak on a stage. I am NOT (I was not) a public speaker. Now...I am a public speaker- and I seek out opportunities. I am a public speaker I have a podcast (ranked in top 2% of the world- Glory all to Jesus for this one- no way I could have done this).
I want to inspire you (implore YOU) to take action. Coaching is more than just "feeling better". It's a transformational journey to shedding things that no longer serve you and stepping into who God created you to be. I talk about the path we take in coaching throughout the episode to not show "how hard" or how many steps...but to show you that I've got you. There is a path to transformation. Are you feeling the pressure of the spring sprint? This is what I lovingly have dubbed this time of year because it seems like everything starts to sprint to summer. Schools have LOTS of things going on (why do they cram all of it in the last few weeks? They KNOW it's coming every year 🤷🏼♀️). The grass is growing; weeds are growing... we feel the pressure to come out of our winter cocoons and move.
In today's episode, I share four tips (I had planned three but threw in a fourth one for you—you're welcome 😜) for choosing presence over pressure. I want today's episode to renew your spirit and give you hope of how easy it is to be in the moment. How one breath can change your day and slow it down.

After I finished recording the last podcast, I knew I needed a follow up- ASAP! So here it is. When we are feeling unbalanced, misaligned, unfulfilled...what can we do immediately to change our present and our future?
Today I dive into 2 easy to remember acoustics that I use when I need a quick shift. These can be done on the spot and don't take a lot of time to implement. What they do is help you change your perspective, give yourself grace, and help you make another choice in the moment. So listen in!

Please tell me I'm not alone. Please tell me that I'm not the only one who gets focused and gets things going only to find that my priorities and balance are out of wack!
In today's episode, I share a real moment. This happens every once in a while where I have to recenter, refocus, but this time, I didn't see it coming. I mean, I do this for a LIVING and I still got blind-sided. It is so important to we not only identify our core values and priorities but that we live them daily. Our purpose is not outside our values...it's a part of them. As we discover our purpose and how to live it we need to remember to stay connected with what is important...our why should NOT be left behind for our purpose. So friend- I hope you find this encouraging and you see that you are not alone. I'm not alone... and we get to take on this journey together.

In this podcast episode, I emphasize the importance of staying committed to my goals, even in the face of resistance or discomfort. I begin by sharing my experience of feeling unmotivated on a Monday morning and wanting to stay in bed. Despite not wanting to get out of bed, I remind myself of my commitment to my goals and the evidence that skipping the gym in the morning leads to a less productive day overall. I highlight the significance of not allowing feelings to dictate my actions and the importance of being committed to what I want.
