“The question ‘what if’ isn’t bad on its own… it's the fact that we stick with the negative side that makes us feel stuck.” ~Tami Imlay
We all do it…we ask the question,” what if…?” and the thing is we typically stay on the negative side- what if something bad happens? What if we fail? What if we fall? What if I can’t? We don’t give equal importance to “what if I soar?” What if I succeed? What if I am able to do …?
Friend- I want to empower you today to stretch a bit. Challenge your normal, familiar questions and think about the opposite. We can work to protect ourselves everyday…we can pull out the evidence that we can’t…or we don’t know…but can you pull out the evidence that you can and that you may not know exactly what is going to happen- but you know enough to trust that you can figure it out?
