I know you don’t want to do it. I KNOW it crushes your soul just a little bit when you have to decide to let others down. Friend, I know it because even to this day, I feel the heavy burden around it. AND when we know our true values and priorities, we can make the difficult decisions needed to grow. In today’s episode, we talk about the uncomfortable natue of letting people down and how sometimes we have to do it for very good reasons. The closer we get to our purpose, our values, our calling…the more narrow our decisions are. It’s our responsibility to stay the course!
