We all love routines, even if we think we don’t. Our brains are wired for routine, predictability, and familiarity. We want to know what to expect and how to show up in situations. And like most things in life…once we get comfortable with the path we are on…a wrench is thrown in, and we have to make a change. Sometimes, big ones. Today I talk about routines through the eyes of a Mom getting her kids ready for school…but the strategy works for any situation! Listen in!
