Hey hey! I'm not sure when you will listen to this podcast, but it is set to air on Memorial Day. A day for most that signify the start of summer, exceptional deals and sales, and a happy day to get together and have a BBQ. This is not what this day means to me. Do I take advantage of the sales, enjoy the warmer weather, and hang out with friends and family -YES, AND it's also a day that brings sadness. As I write this, I know there is a good chance that you have a day that everyone around you celebrates, which brings sadness or pain. It may be Mother's Day, a birthday, or a wedding. You don't want to ruin the celebration for everyone, AND you also don't feel like dancing a jig and throwing confetti. You don't have to. And you also get to. In today's episode, I want to inspire you and help you see how brave you are. You are the strong one for having these days and choosing to LIVE. I hope this enables you to see that. I hope you can look back and see your strength: how you are courageous and how your presence impacts others. I see you. And I appreciate having the space where I can be honest as well.
