Hey hey! This episode is the one I promised from last episode. We all want things to be easy. What if easy is not always right (ha! I know you already realize this). Many times we just want quick answers and results BUT they do not get us what we want or what we need. This episode we dive into ways to start building the muscle of trusting yourself. We do not give ourselves credit enough for having creative solutions or knowing what our people need in the moment. We need to step back and intentionally start learning to listen to our own thoughts BEFORE we rush to getting a quick answer.
