Friend! Today's episode is meant to be some much-needed permission to put some of the pressures you have down! It is intended to be an inspiration to know that YOU know what you want for your family. And it is not making everyone so busy they are unsatisfied with life. You can stop doing all the things and do the things that really matter. Guess what? You get to decide what matters! You do not have to do something because an amazing mom down the street is doing it. Let her do her thing, and you do yours! You BOTH are amazing moms EXACTLY as you are.
So listen in...and ask yourself as you go about your day... "Does this make sense for my family and what do I want them to gain?" Only you can answer it! The best part is if it is a yes- yay! Lean in and celebrate! And if it's "no" then you can shift why you are doing it or shift the action altogether! You get to choose!
